Iain Graham is a freelance chef and food stylist. Iain’s food styling clients include Vanity Fair, Diageo, Harrods, John Lewis, Leon Restaurants and Sainsbury’s. . Other clients include Mark Hix and Giorgio Locatelli as well as Soho House where he was a creative consultant.
Iain was the executive chef at Urban Caprice for six years until 2011. Iain oversaw the menus and the culinary creativity of this top-flight catering company, offering carefully tailored and crafted menus for clients such as Armani, Louis Vuitton, The Gorbachev foundation, Stella McCartney, Deutshce Bank, the Lebvedevs and Elton John and also executing signature dishes from acclaimed restaurants such as The Ivy, Scotts and J.Sheeky.
He has appeared on Market Kitchen, Taste of London, BBC Master Chef Live as well as creating a range of canapés for G.H.Mumm champagne.
His recipes have appeared in The Telegraph, The Times and Conde Naste publications.
